You don't get fat because of a "lack of exercise", that's the popular myth that the author of this guide debunks time and time again.

Top Secret Fat Loss Secret

Top Secret Fat Loss Secrets is a relatively new program and was created by an Arizona doctor with the unlikely sounding name of Suzanne Gudakunst.

Apparently she has "blown the lid off" the "best-kept secret" in weight loss ever discovered, and caused quite a stir in the whole diet food and drug industries by doing so.

When we checked out her program we felt that the website was a bit "over-hyped" compared to the information you actually received. Even so, the material seemed to make sense and was extremely comprehensive, particularly her take on internal parasites and their role in gining weight!

We did hear extremely positive things from current clients although we feel these should be taken under advisement until even more positive reports have come through. So, mainly on the grounds that "Fatloss4Idiots" has been longer on the market and apparently proven to be successful for more convincing numbers of users, we suggest that at the current time it might just be a wiser choice. Hence we award the second place ranking for Dr. Suzanne's "top secret" product -- for now!

However, perhaps you should take a look at the detailed product information and decide for yourself which sounds most like it "suits your style". For example hear what the Lady Doctor has to say here:

   Burn The Fat...

Burn The Fat is the "#1 best selling" diet and fitness ebook in the "history of the Internet"! A massive claim and recommendation in itself, perhaps. In fact this product only really scored lower than FatLoss4Idiots because we felt the content wasn't quite so "accessible" in terms of the way it is written.

This publication does explain how to "burn off" BODY FAT - avoiding potentially dangerous lean muscle loss or simply losing "water" weight - and how to do it naturally, without resorting to supplements or pills.

It presents a proven and scientifically-accurate formula that thousands of dieters around the world have apparently had much success applying.

Burn The Fat not only thoroughly dispels the "lies, myths and fallacies" surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about fat loss ever written.

In fact, in some ways it is superior to FatLoss4idiots but it appears more complicated to follow, and therefore may not be as easy for the majority to read, assimilate and apply; which is why we haven't given it the top marks.

However, if you are not afraid of a taking ona slightly more "academic sounding" approach, this could be the guide for you, and definitely warrants checking-out:
